Since attendance numbers are limited in compliance with social distancing measures, the number of people who can register in advance is limited to a maximum of 50 per meeting.
Each participant can take part in up to no more than 3 programs due to the limit on the number of people attending per meeting room. When the number of people allowed to enter the meeting is exceeded, the registration of the meeting will be terminated.
Depending on the circumstances related to COVID-19, there is a chance all sessions will be moved to an online-only platform. In such a scenario, participants will be informed via text message or e-mail.
