She studied architecture and urban planning and has many years of practical and academic experience in Urban Regeneration and Urban Development in Europe and beyond. The human rights dimension of urban development accompanied her from the beginning of her professional life and since 2010 human rights are the main subject of her career. Ms. Asadi is since 2012 the Board Member of the Human Rights Advisory Council on the Austrian Ombudsman and national human rights organization as the representative of the Austrian Federal level.  This council supports the AOB in determining the focal points for monitoring procedures, issuing maladministration statements, developing recommendations, and ensuring consistent procedures and inspection standards for controlling bodies.
