Mamadou Lamine KEITA is a Senegalese politician, current mayor of Bignona. He has a PhD in economics. He taught economics at Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar (Senegal) as a researcher and temporary assistant. In addition, he successively occupied for five years the positions of Minister of Youth and Employment and Minister of Youth, Sports and Leisure. He then became a deputy in the National Assembly of Senegal and at the same time mayor of the town of Bignona. Since 2017, Mamadou Lamine KEITA, still mayor of Bignona, is appointed President of the National Observatory of Investments in Senegal.
