Eva Garcia Chueca [Spain, Senior Research Fellow of Barcelona Centre for International Affairs]

Ms. Chueca is a Senior Research Fellow of the Global Cities Programme at Barcelona Centre for International Affairs. She has a Ph.D. in Postcolonialisms and Global Citizenship at the University of Coimbra (Portugal). She was a researcher at the Centre for Social Studies (CES) at the University of Coimbra from 2011 to 2018. She was one of the 20 experts from all over the world who took part in the HABITAT III Policy Unit on the Right to the City and Cities for all(2015-2016).
