Mr.Puertas is an architect and master in sustainable development. His career is oriented to the social, environmental, and economic aspects of human habitat.
He has been a consultant of the Global Platform Right to the City since 2020 and is currently also a technical Coordinator of the  Catalonian Housing Cooperatives Federation.
