Soleil Erika Manzano [Philippines, Program Officer of Special Projects Programs, Project and Policy Department of Quezon City]

Soleil joined the League of Cities of the Philippines in 2017 as Program Officer for Special Projects. Her work focuses on program development and management. She graduated from the University of the Philippines – Diliman and is a licensed environmental planner. Soleil strongly supports initiatives on localizing the Sustainable Development Goals in local governments and communities.
