This is a report and summary of discussions of the session held on 7 October 2021 within the framework of the World Human Rights Cities Forum (WHRCF) by the UCLG Committee on Social Inclusion, Participatory Democracy and Human Rights (UCLG-CSIPDHR) and the Departmental Council of Seine Saint Denis with the support of the French Development Agency (AFD).
